Returns Policy

Every effort is made to ensure that each order is thoroughly checked before it is posted to you. If you have recieved an item in error please contact us immediately and a new item will be sent out to you as soon as possible and return instructions will be given to you.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage). If the reason for return is anything other than the product is defective or an incorrect item a 5% handling charge will be levied. We'll also pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of posting, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or other payment provider to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns that have not been authorised prior to reciept by Craftaholic Supplies or its suppliers, you will NOT be reimbersed.

Any Item that should be faulty, damaged or not of satisfactory quality on arrival or within 30 days of purchase will be replaced, offered a refund or a store credit note will be issued.

Postage

We currently only ship to UK and Southern Ireland addresses. Note that there may be restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate postage and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the postage service you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the postage quotes page.
Please also note that the postage rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the Royal Mail, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram. In the case that some of your order is out of stock after ordering, your package will be posted without these items and forwarded onto you as soon as the items come back in stock without any further postage costs to you unless otherwise stated by you. Although delivery normally only take 2 - 3 days please allow 7-10 working days for receipt of your item(s). If you package has not arrived after this time please contact your local sorting office (telephone number and or address can be found in your local telephone book or Yellow Pages) before contacting us.

The Savers rate postage is charged at £2.50 up to the combined parcel weight of 1kg and will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Any parcel weighing over this will be charged at £5.50. Other postage options are available on checkout and will also be procssed based on the combined weight of the parcel.  

We can not be held responsible for any delays due to industrial action or any kind of hold up when the package is in the hands of the carrier i.e Third Party Courier or The Royal Mail.

Free Postage Offer

If your order is over £35 (excluding postage) postage is free to mainland UK only. Your items will be sent within 24 hours by Royal Mail 2nd class postage. You should allow 7-10 Working days for receipt of your item(s). If you package has not arrived after 14 working days please contact your local sorting office (telephone number and or address can be found in your local telephone book or Yellow Pages) before contacting us.
